Sales & Application Person

Your Responsibilites

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact new potential customers
  • Provide application testing for customer parts on ibg equipment.
  • Resolve customer and partner inquiries.
  • Create sales material to present to customers following ibg guidelines.
  • Some travel over North America, limited travel to Europe

Your Qualifications

  • Previous experience in NDT, NDT sales & marketing, customer service, or other related fields.
  • Ability to demonstrate the instrumentation we sell.
  • Provide test reporting for part applications studies.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented.

ibg NDT Systems provides world-leading eddy current instruments and systems for non-destructive testing of mass-produced components. Our customers in the North American market are generally automotive based and have come to expect quality service and support for our instruments and systems. Customers mainly include major automotive component manufacturers, bearings manufacturers, fastener manufacturers, and the major car and truck manufacturers. Most of the instrumentation is integrated into automatic test systems designed and built by our factory in Germany or by third-party machine builders.
