Our parent company ibg Prüfcomputer, who is responsible for development and production of instruments and systems - and its corporate processes has been ISO 9001 certified since 1995.
By achieving the ISO 9001 certification, we have demonstrated that it can meet the regulatory requirements and apply the system effectively to be of real benefit to our customers.
The benefit ibg NDT Systems has received since starting with ISO 9001 has been a more efficient Quality Management System that saves us time and cost, improving efficiency and customer relationships. It tracks key metrics such as “on-time delivery” and “cost of poor quality”. These metrics allow for our continuous assessment and improvement.
The ISO 9001 audit is conducted annually by an outside independent registrar who must be internationally accredited. Every three years a complete and total ISO 9001 audit takes place.
