eddyrobot Modular Sample Test System
The ibg eddyrobot is a modular, semi-automatic system for eddy current crack and grinder burn detection. Featuring the eddyvisor C and supporting up to four interchangeable ET probes, it offers industrial-grade accuracy and flexibility. Compact and mobile, it suits production floors, labs, or standalone inspections.
The system features an electromechanical lock and emergency stop for operator safety. An intuitive interface ensures simple operation, while the integrated ibg eddyvisor C with a differential crack test probe delivers precise, reliable results (with an additional flexible probe station storing 4 ET probes and automatic probe change by robot). A Mecademic Meca 500 six-axis industrial robot with ±5 µm repeatability guarantees consistent test outcomes, powered by a Beckhoff SPS. The unit is fully mobile, running on 100 mm rubber wheels (two lockable), with handle and corner protection, and fits through standard doors.
